Russell Hohneck serves as our Senior Pastor at Riverbend Bible Church. Prior to this he has served as Keynote Speaker at Winter Bible School (Logos), Matamata, Visiting Lecturer at SGA Bible Training School, Kirivo-Chepetsk, Russia, Shepherd of Deaf Ministries, Grace Community Bible Church, California, Interim Pastor at Matamata Bible Chapel, Lecturer at Gospel Literature Outreach (GLO), Director of Camping at Riverbend Christian Centre, Director of Coopers Beach Mission, Senior Host at Totara Springs Christian Centre, Matamata and Teaching Pastor for 11 years at church@riverbend. Russell is also the Principal and a lecturer at The Shepherd’s Bible College and seminar speaker at Impact Bible Conference.
Russell has a Certificate of Theological Studies from Totara Springs Christian Centre, a Diploma from NZ Assembly Bible School and in 1995 earned a Bachelor of Theology from The Master’s Seminary.
Russell is married to Liz and they have two sons and six grandchildren.
