This Beach Mission in Gisborne will involve children's programmes, evening family programmes and a drop-in cafe for teens.  Activities will include Bible stories, crafts, songs, drama, games, beach sports, testimonies and Gospel messages.
 
Donations of groceries for meals during the Beach Mission are being received by Margaret Grainger on Sundays under the pergola.

Saturday, 21 Nov – Car Wash at Oderings Nurseries 9am -12pm  
Sunday, 22 Nov - Scones Morning Tea. Gold coin donations please.

Please come celebrate with all those TSBC students who will receive their 2009 certificates of completion at 4:30 pm on Sunday, 13 December.  This will also be a special encouragement to Shane Doake who will graduate with a Diploma of Biblical Studies.  Wayne Kuypers will bring a charge to the student body, faculty, and church family.
A potluck dinner will follow the service.

September/October 2009

A significant work that our team will encourage on this trip, is the visit to outer lying village areas where graduates serve in local churches. The team will also assist with building work/maintenance at Samfya Bible School. The encouragement that the staff and board of school receive from our visits is immense, not to mention the encouragement to the wider work of the graduates to the Bemba speaking church. Donald will teach the Bible school students and will also lead in the leadership training seminars in the village areas.
